About Navigrate

Navigrate is dispatch scheduling software for small field-service businesses — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, snow removal and similar crews who book jobs across a city every day.

The problem we built it for is a simple one: it's easy to book a technician into a job that's a 40-minute drive from their last stop without noticing until they're already late for the next one. Navigrate estimates the drive between appointments as you book, and flags the ones that run long before the booking is locked in, not after.

Under the hood, that means a real technician roster, a map of each tech's stops for the day, and scheduling logic that actually looks at where your crew already is instead of just whether a time slot is open.
