Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: full features, up to 3 technicians, no card. Prices in US dollars. One crew, truck or person you schedule counts as one technician. More than 25 technicians? Email us.
Founding 25: the first 25 shops to pay for a plan keep the price they signed up at for 2 years (24 months) from their first payment. If they change plans, they pay what that plan cost when they joined, until the 2 years are up.

Navigrate doesn't do
- Quotes, invoicing, payments or a customer database. Keep your accounting tool for those.
- Importing jobs or customers. Jobs are added as you book them for now.
- A phone app. Navigrate runs in any web browser, including on a phone.
- Turn-by-turn directions or real-time traffic. The drive check is a fast straight-line estimate.
- Customer reminders or texts, or repeating jobs. Each visit is booked on its own.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
14 days, every feature, up to 3 technicians, and no card. When it ends, pick a plan to keep adding jobs and technicians. If you don't, your account goes read-only and your data stays put.
What does annual billing save?
About 30%. Solo is $156 a year instead of $228, Starter $240 instead of $348, Team $588 instead of $828, and Business $1,068 instead of $1,548.
What counts as a technician?
One crew, truck or person you schedule counts as one technician. Plans are priced by how many you add to your roster, because that's how the board schedules jobs. A crew of three in one truck is one technician. If you run the jobs yourself, add yourself.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime from the Plan page in the app. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If you start on an annual plan, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee: email info@navigrate.com within 14 days of that first annual payment and we'll refund it in full and cancel the subscription. It doesn't cover renewals or switching from monthly to annual. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the month you paid for, but we don't refund partial periods.
Can I pause my plan for the off-season?
There's no pause option. You can cancel for the off-season instead, and your board, technicians and job history stay. Once the period you paid for ends, you can still open, view and edit what's there, but you can't add new bookings or technicians. When work starts again, pick a plan from the Plan page.
