# Navigrate pricing

Navigrate is a dispatch board for small field-service shops. Every feature is on every plan; plans differ only by how many technicians you can add. One crew, truck or person you schedule counts as one technician. Prices in US dollars.

- Free trial: 14 days, every feature, up to 3 technicians, no card.
- When a trial ends without a plan, the account goes read-only and data is kept.
- Cancel or change plans anytime from the app; paid plans run to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: plans started as annual have a 14-day money-back guarantee (full refund and cancellation if requested within 14 days of that first annual payment; email info@navigrate.com). Renewals and monthly-to-annual switches are not covered. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial periods.
- Off-season: there is no pause option. Shops can cancel; their board, technicians and job history stay and can still be viewed and edited, but new bookings and technicians can't be added until they pick a plan again.
- Founding 25: the first 25 shops to pay for a plan keep the price they signed up at for 2 years (24 months) from their first payment. If they change plans, they pay what that plan cost when they joined, until the 2 years are up.
- More than 25 technicians: email info@navigrate.com.

Included: Dispatch board and daily calendar for every technician; A drive check on every booking, from the tech's previous stop that day or home base; Long-drive flags, with your own limit in minutes; A map of each technician's stops for the day; Technician roster with trades, home bases and coverage areas; Reschedule or reassign a job from its details screen; km or miles, 12h or 24h; Navi, the in-app help assistant.

Not included: Quotes, invoicing, payments or a customer database. Keep your accounting tool for those. Importing jobs or customers. Jobs are added as you book them for now. A phone app. Navigrate runs in any web browser, including on a phone. Turn-by-turn directions or real-time traffic. The drive check is a fast straight-line estimate. Customer reminders or texts, or repeating jobs. Each visit is booked on its own.
